The 100 days of the Battle of Normandy are shown via an immersive experience over 9 cinema screens in 360 degrees

​​​The experience enables the visitor to gain a unique insight to the build up to D-Day and the subsequent 100 days. This was the period from the landings on 6 June 1944 through to the liberation of Le Havre, 12 September 1944. In total it too 100 days to liberate the region of Normandy. 

​​The original archive footage is used to show the size and scale of the undertaking and the battle that unfolds. These archive shots are complimented at points with shots of today from the Norman countryside to the Mulberry Harbour. 

The film is played over 9 screens that are arranged in 360 degrees, allowing the viewer to constantly look at different visuals and footage as it pieces the story together. 

The film is very emotive and encapsulates what took place in June to September 1944, conveying the message of remembrance.
