Day 1

Visit Camp Vught National Memorial in Vught. The Camp Vught National Memorial is located on part of the former SS camp Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch (January 1943 - Septebmer 1944). Overnight at your hotel in Tilburg region.

Day 2

Departure to Overloon War Musuem. A museum, based in Liberty Park, filled with historical vehicles. Attention is paid to the resistance during the time of occupation, also to the persecution, and finally to the Liberation. A special focus is on the Battle at Overloon. In the afternoon visit the German War Cemetry Ysselsteyn. The cemetry is the only German military cemetery in the whole Netherlands. Almost 32.000 soldiers from the Second World War are buried here on a territory of 28 hectares. Back to your hotel. 

Day 3

Departure east towards the Arnhem and Nijmegen region. Take a break in the beautiful town of Nijmegen. The city of Nijmegen played an important role in Operation Market Garden, with its strategic two bridges across the Waal river. Continue to Arnhem region to visit the Airborne Drop at Ginkel Heath (Ede), Wolfheze, Heelsum and Oosterbeek areas. In the afternoon visit the Airborne Museum 'Hartenstein' and Oosterbeek Airborne Cemtery. If time allows, follow the route taken by John Frost into the famous 'Bridge Too Far'. En-route you will see the Tafelberg Hotel, the home of Kate Ter Horst (the 'Angel of Arnhem'). End of tour, continue to your next destination or back to your hotel.
